Property:Is not

This property determines two related but different things, apt to be mistaken one for the other, e.g. a cart is not a car.

Note that of two related different things one can belong to the the second as type, whereas the second is not the first at the same time, e.g. a motorvehicle is not a car, yet a car is type motorvehicle. The two however can also be very different, e.g. a slide-trumpet is not a trombone.
